Lest we forget… there is room for your furry family friends too.

There is a well equipped room with a washing machine, dishwasher and sink, a Tassimmo coffee machine, electric kettle on the worktop to make your stay convenient.

The layout of the lounge makes best use of the panoramic views through the large windows. A cosy and relaxing place to retire to at the end of the day with sumptuous cozy sofas and watch the sun go down.
Dining Room

This large light and airy room boast of a celebratory dining space with a wow factor equipped with a large unique craftsman table made from locally sourced hard wood.
It can accommodate 12 people, comfortably or 14 at a squeeze.
The room has fantastic views of the bay and will make every mealtime a special occassion.
Conservatory
This sunroom reveals a fresh and true picture of Borth and its surroundings through a wide-angled lens.
Overlooking the Cardigan Bay LLyn peninsular on a clear day, it is one of the best places to capture a beautiful sunset, watch the playful dolphins frolicking in the waters, watch the surfers breaking the waves or just relax with a book, listening to the sounds of the crashing waves
Bathrooms
There are 3 large bathrooms within the property, 2 of which are on the first floor. 1 of them with a bath. On the ground floor there’s a wheelchair friendly one, all decorated to high standards to give you a great and comfortable experience
